Phonics screening checks start on Monday 11th June. 3 more school weeks!
Over the next couple of weeks we will be sending home extra phonics pack for your child to read. Please encourage them to read these words and go over the packs everyday. We don't know which words will appear on the tests so we're exposing the children to different words.
We'll also be doing extra revision in class.
Last year we achieved 91% pass rate and this year we're aiming for 93%. With your support at home and with our support at school, we're hoping we can reach that number! Let's continue to work together and reach our goal :)
